The hotel is centrally located, very close to the main train station, allowing for easy travel access. The rooms, while small, are well-equipped with modern amenities and a lovely bathroom, ensuring a quiet stay. The service is exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist, even accommodating room changes. However, the surrounding area, though convenient, might feel slightly unsafe at night due to street activity. The dining experience varies, with good quality but steep prices. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money.
Upon arriving at 8 pm, we found the rooms clean with very comfortable beds and a nice view of the train station square, although we lacked towels and toiletries initially. Being able to stream from Netflix onto the TV in the room was a nice touch. The location opposite the Mainz train station was convenient and impressive. However, some confusion in procedures affected the service. The breakfast experience was adequate, albeit with limited choices. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
